After creating the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe, the very first Crumbl opened its doors in Logan, UT while Sawyer, Crumbl’s COO and Co-founder, attended Utah State University. Crumbl’s main service was set to be delivery until Sawyer and Jason quickly realized that customers valued the experience of seeing the baking process in real time. Now, Crumbl offers delivery, curbside pickup, nationwide shipping as well as the up-close experience of ordering freshly-baked cookies for takeout.
